Accepting New Couples
Accepting New Couples

A proven 12-week program to save your marriage and rebuild real intimacy.

Most couples get stuck in endless relationship discussions instead of using effective tools that actually fix their problems. This program gives you a clear step-by-step system to restore trust, commucation, and intimacy—starting now.

This free 15-minute call could change the trajectory of your marriage.

We accept a select number of couples each month. If we’re not a fit, we’ll tell you.

Is this your marriage right now?

“You’re in the same house… but it feels like you’re alone.”

Maybe you’re lying awake after another argument, replaying what was said. Maybe the silence is worse than the fighting.

Maybe you’re sleeping in separate rooms—or sharing a bed that feels miles apart. And the hardest part is realizing how much the kids can feel it, even when you try to hide it.

Sleeping in separate rooms
Constant fighting — or worse, silence
Feeling more like roommates than partners
Thinking about separation, but afraid of the impact on the kids
Feeling unheard, unloved, unseen
There is a better way

You don’t need years of therapy.
You need the right help.

Most couples don’t need more talking; they need safety, clarity, and repair. In these early sessions, we stabilize the relationship, interrupt destructive patterns, and give you a clear weekly path that creates change fast.

THE ROADMAP

The 12-Week Process:
From Surviving to Thriving

We don’t just talk about your problems; we solve them. This is a structured, directive coaching process designed to equip you with the tools to fix your marriage permanently.

How the 12-Week Process Works
Weekly 45-Minute Sessions
(Directive + Practical)
We identify the pattern behind the fights, shutdown, resentment, or distrust—and coach you live in the moment.
Simple Weekly Assignments
(15–30 minutes/day)
Between sessions, you’ll practice the exact skill we’re building. You don’t “hope it gets better.” You build it.
Accountability + Adjustment Each week we review what happened, fix what didn’t work, and keep momentum.

“We only work with couples who are serious about implementing these strategies. If you do the work, you will see results.”

Acquiring thred fedeptional and relational intelligence.

"We shift focus from 'The Details' (money, chores, in-laws) to 'The Foundations.' You cannot resolve details without the right tools."

"Conflict is not the enemy; it is the road map to intimacy if done correctly. In this phase, we apply your new skills to the 'Details.'"

The Marriage Rescue Institute Difference

Why Conventional Therapy Often Fails

If you’ve tried conventional counseling but walked away still feeling stuck—or like the therapist was just “refereeing”—you’re not alone. Many couples talk through problems without building the skills required to resolve them. Our approach is structured, and directive—focused on real change, not endless discussion.

The Marriage Rescue Institute

1. Stop the Damage

We create immediate safety. We identify the toxic patterns (screaming, silence, contempt) and put a stop to them instantly.

2. Rebuild Foundations

We teach you Relational Intelligence. You learn how to regulate your own emotions and understand your partner’s true needs.

3. Constructive Conflict

Conflict is the road map to intimacy—if done right. We give you a system to solve problems and rebuild trust.

“Marriage isn’t about where we start, it’s about where we finish.”

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist • Marriage Coach

Couples shouldn’t remain stuck while their marriage slowly slips away. The Marriage Rescue Institute was created after years of seeing people try traditional therapy and still feel unsure about what to do next. Often, what’s missing isn’t effort—it’s direction.

Whether you’re facing betrayal, infidelity, separation pressure, addiction, or growing emotional distance, our focus is to guide you step-by-step to stabilize the relationship, rebuild trust and create healthier patterns. We regularly work with couples who feel worn down or at the end—and help them move toward something steadier. The goal isn’t just to survive this season, but to build a marriage that thrives.

John is a husband and the father of four wonderful children. He holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Western Seminary in San Jose, CA, and brings over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through complex challenges.

His background includes more than 10 years in community mental health, 7 years in therapeutic wilderness programs, and 8 years in private clinical practice. John has extensive experience in addiction treatment—including sexual addiction, pornography, substance use, gambling, and technology-related issues—as well as family therapy, crisis intervention, and work with chronic concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and high-functioning autism.

At the core of his work is a deep commitment to helping married couples stabilize their relationship and build healthy, lasting marriages. His wide range of training and experience informs a grounded, effective approach to couples work. Outside of his practice, John enjoys spending time with his family, his church community, and adventuring in nature together.

"We take marriages on the brink and help put them back together. We are therapists that actually believe in your marriage."

“You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.”

I am shaped as a therapist by both training and lived experience. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I know that even the most difficult relationships can be restored—because I’ve seen it, and because I’ve lived it.

In the midst of suffering, I discovered joy. In the midst of relational pain, I discovered the possibility of repair. My professional training includes a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University.
